Educentre Livelihood & Entrepreneurship Skills Centre (ELESC) is a Not for Profit NGO registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860.
We work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, skill development, and sustainable livelihood creation, with a deep focus on tribal, rural, women and youth empowerment.

Founded in 2022, ELESC was formed out of a need to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity in Nagaland’s underserved communities. Since then, we have grown into an enabler of skills, self-reliance, and social enterprise, focussed on inclusive development and enterprise-led transformation in Nagaland.
We envision a future where every young person, woman, and rural entrepreneur in Nagaland
has the tools, resources, and networks to thrive in today’s economy- with knowledge, creativity,and ownership.
